Our book fair is underway here at Holmes Elementary and we were asked to write and record some book talks to help sell the books and get kids excited about reading. I have to say that these students really impressed Mrs. Mikesell, our wonderful librarian and myself. We will be posting all of the book talks on the student blogs on Friday, but for now…here are some pictures of the fourth graders in action. They made the posters that you will see them working on for their backgrounds, but because they were so FABULOUS, we hung them in the hall across from the book fair for all to see. These kids amaze me every day!
