Yeeha! Our first fourth grade store was open on Friday and I will tell you what…those fourth graders have really earned a lot of spending money. That was great because we had some fantastic donations sent in by our wonderful, generous parents. The kids could really “Shop ’til they dropped”! Now everyone could not shop at the same time, so we used “wait time” as a great opportunity to keep these students reading. It was a special day, so we called it “Cozy Read”. The kids could bring in their favorite cozy items and could find a cozy spot to read. It was a great afternoon. There are some snapshots taken by our classroom photographers for you to enjoy!
